For cosmetic tattoo appointments deposit is due 72 hrs before your appointment.

For all other appointments, deposit is due 48 hrs before your appointment time to secure your booking and confirm your appointment.

For all appointments (except cosmetic tattoo) a deposit of $25 is required to confirm appointment 

For all cosmetic tattoo first visit appointments and 9 month+ touch ups a $100 Deposit is required

For cosmetic tattoo 4-6 week touch up a $50 deposit is required

For cosmetic tattoo appointment a 72hr cancelation policy applies.

 

For all other appointments a 24hr cancellation policy applies.

 

If appointment is cancelled more than 24 hrs before appointment time, deposit is fully refunded.

 

If appointment is cancelled less than 24 hrs from appointment time, deposit is non refundable but can be used towards a rescheduled appointment within 7 days.

If appointment is cancelled less than 12 hrs before appointment time deposit is non refundable and cannot be used as a deposit towards next appointment. 

 

Deposits for No Shows are non refundable and appointment will not be rebooked.

 

Deposits go towards total cost of treatment and you just pay the difference at time of appointment.

If no deposit is paid before 48hrs, appointment will be cancelled.
